Sandi,
    This occurs when Windows moves just a little too fast (It's 
possible!!!).  Windows tried to shut down while something was still being 
written to the registry.  It does nothing more than delay the shutdown 
sequence, so there's no reason for a full fledged warning box.  The only 
time this becomes an issue is when you crash before Windows has the chance 
to finish writing the data to the drive.
