I just had my scones for breakfast. I had a glass of water and pretty soon I'm
going to make coffee. I'm just not sure what I'm going to do today for my
birthday. I really don't know. Haven't decided yet. Going to go on Facebook in
a bit and play around again. But I might have the people of the Apple
dealership take my Facebook stuff off of my email. They could probably do that.
We could go out in the weather unsubscribe it just like it back to my phone.
They could do that quicker on the computer that I can. So that's what I might
do. I was considering going to Subway and getting a foot-long sub but I don't
know. Or ordering a pizza or going to the Olive Garden I haven't decided which
yet. I still have some of that apple pie left. I had some for a snack last
night around 930. I reheated in the microwave because it's starting to dry out.
And boy did it get better if you reheat it just for a bit.

Well now I'm wide-awake again I was just playing around on Facebook. I will
long to a couple different groups and people were making comments
back-and-forth about the subject matter in one of these groups. So I was
answering it. I belong to a science fiction group along to this other group
that was nice of the art bell show. Everybody was making comments
back-and-forth fast inferius sleep. So I was commenting on that stuff. I get
the comments in email and I also get them on my Facebook page 2 so it gets
pretty full. But I may have somebody fix it so I can take it off my email and
just put it on my phone. It might be a lot easier that way then I would just
get a bunch of text messages. And I get those two when you just can reply to
those. Or ham radio group now is set up a group or we'll call text
back-and-forth. So I get text messages from them too. Sometimes I just read
them and sometimes I reply when I feel like it. But anyway it's a good thing
we have that because if there's an emergency we can all know about it. But
yes people in here kind of annoyed. About the whole thing but not much of us
are saying anything about it. We just going to do it we have to do. Anyway
after Tuesday is over I'm not sure what I'll do. Then I'll make the other
appointment go back to the primary care place and see if I can set up
preferment primary care person. This one doctor named Dr. Alan I really liked
her. And I asked if she was still there and they said yes. So maybe I can get
her back again. She was the one that took care of me before I went to see Dr.
Gordon because she had to refer me to him. So that. Was how that went. She
took care of me in 2009. When I injured my shoulder the first time. She was a
really nice lady. I didn't stay with her that long she just sent me right
upstairs. So that's how that went. But anyway when I had my scanner I could
read her report and everything. So that was pretty cool. But she's a really
nice lady and one of the other staff members told me Dr. Alan was still
there. I may have her do my presurgery stuff. I really kind of liked her. So
let's see if I can. Get her back. That would be really cool. Anyway I asked
somebody how I could get her back and they said it depends on my insurance.
So maybe I can talk to the staff people on the first floor. That's her
primary care is in the clinic that I go to. Because I have to do my
presurgery stuff. If I get Dr. Alan back that might be good. I thought you
might've left because a lot of doctors are leaving family practice and going
into specialties. But I guess I got lucky on this one and I'll get Dr. Alan
back I hope.

Manager doesn't even know when we're going to move. There's another office
called the relocation offices specializes in that stuff. We actually have to
go down because the lady in charge of it never answers people's phone calls
when you call them. You leave voicemail and stuff and she tells you to and
she never gets back to anybody. This is why people are upset. And I'm not the
only one either. This whole renovation thing is totally disorganized.

Kathleen. Don’t you have the phone number to your manager’s office? You
could call them, and ask them when you will be moving, instead of worrying
about going down in the little elevator. I mean, what happens if something
goes wrong in your apartment. I would think you should have their phone
number. Also, you can, put a fitted full bed sheet on a twin bed. You just
have to tuck it in more all around. I have king sheets that I put on a queen
size bed. Yeah, they’re big, but it’s not that bad. Anyway, that’s my
input. Do tell your home health providers about your supplements. They’ll
just advise you about any prescriptions your orthopedic doctor adds, as to
any side affects, etc. No big deal. Be truthful with all of your health
providers so they can work together.
