I have a little bit more of the pie left. I think I ate a good bit of it. But
oh well maybe I ate more than I should have but I enjoyed it. It was great. I
put it in the microwave for a bit. It tasted better that way. I'm just
listening to TV and kind of relaxing. As I said I don't know what I'm going to
do tomorrow but I'll figure that out. But anyway let's put it this way the
treasure of my blind school night association forgot my birthday but I told him
and he said he put it in the next issue of our newsletter so that's OK. I
didn't go down and check the mail and I hope I got some more books. What I'm
going to need a lot of them. I may tell the Liebre to stock me up on books.
Because after the operation I'm pretty much going to be in the apartment. The
temporary one I think. Anyway most people are still on my floor yet. A lot of
them haven't left. My friend Greg brought me over some cookies and stuff for
breakfast. We talked for a while and then he left. So that was pretty good.
Other than that I've just been relaxing and listening to TV. Well I wanted Siri
to say library and she said leave her. Oh well. But anyway hopefully I can get
a bunch of books from the library too. Ellie so I can rest better over in the
temporary apartment. I'll be away from all the construction noise and I sure
won't miss it. When I come back however, they will be working on the fourth and
third floors. But that will be below me so it might not be so bad.

Yes my birthday is tomorrow. And I'm going to enjoy it. I will turn 61
years old. But I don't feel any different. I don't know what I'm going to do
for my birthday. I just enjoyed some apple pie. I heated up in the microwave
and tasted pretty good. I just did it for a few seconds. Great stuff. A
friend of mine gave me the apple pie and it was great.

Well I met her in 2009. I went to the walk-in clinic and that's who they gave
me. Anyway she knew how to do cited guide to. And it was really cool too. I
really like her. I mean she told it like it was but she didn't lecture. And
the thing about her is she lets you make decisions. And she give you both
sides pro and con. So you can make decisions. Well my friend Greg came over
and he brought me some cookies and some scones. So I may have those for
breakfast. Well it's not too long to my bro. Birthday starts. But I just been
relaxing tonight. Yep I sure have. Just listening to QVC. Sometimes I just
listen to it and I don't order anything. I really don't need to. I just
listen to it for the background noise. I really don't like going to bed
without something on. That's why want to get my cassette player replaced.
Then I can have a player in the living room and a player in the bedroom.

Hi, Kathleen,
That would be neat if you got Doctor Alan back. It's nice when you have a
doctor you really like.

Well now I'm wide-awake again I was just playing around on Facebook. I will
long to a couple different groups and people were making comments
back-and-forth about the subject matter in one of these groups. So I was
answering it. I belong to a science fiction group along to this other group
that was nice of the art bell show. Everybody was making comments
back-and-forth fast inferius sleep. So I was commenting on that stuff. I get
the comments in email and I also get them on my Facebook page 2 so it gets
pretty full. But I may have somebody fix it so I can take it off my email and
just put it on my phone. It might be a lot easier that way then I would just
get a bunch of text messages. And I get those two when you just can reply to
those. Or ham radio group now is set up a group or we'll call text
back-and-forth. So I get text messages from them too. Sometimes I just read
them and sometimes I reply when I feel like it. But anyway it's a good thing
we have that because if there's an emergency we can all know about it. But
yes people in here kind of annoyed. About the whole thing but not much of us
are saying anything about it. We just going to do it we have to do. Anyway
after Tuesday is over I'm not sure what I'll do. Then I'll make the other
appointment go back to the primary care place and see if I can set up
preferment primary care person. This one doctor named Dr. Alan I really liked
her. And I asked if she was still there and they said yes. So maybe I can get
her back again. She was the one that took care of me before I went to see Dr.
Gordon because she had to refer me to him. So that. Was how that went. She
took care of me in 2009. When I injured my shoulder the first time. She was a
really nice lady. I didn't stay with her that long she just sent me right
upstairs. So that's how that went. But anyway when I had my scanner I could
read her report and everything. So that was pretty cool. But she's a really
nice lady and one of the other staff members told me Dr. Alan was still
there. I may have her do my presurgery stuff. I really kind of liked her. So
let's see if I can. Get her back. That would be really cool. Anyway I asked
somebody how I could get her back and they said it depends on my insurance.
So maybe I can talk to the staff people on the first floor. That's her
primary care is in the clinic that I go to. Because I have to do my
presurgery stuff. If I get Dr. Alan back that might be good. I thought you
might've left because a lot of doctors are leaving family practice and going
into specialties. But I guess I got lucky on this one and I'll get Dr. Alan
back I hope.

Manager doesn't even know when we're going to move. There's another office
called the relocation offices specializes in that stuff. We actually have to
go down because the lady in charge of it never answers people's phone calls
when you call them. You leave voicemail and stuff and she tells you to and
she never gets back to anybody. This is why people are upset. And I'm not the
only one either. This whole renovation thing is totally disorganized.

Kathleen. Don’t you have the phone number to your manager’s office? You could
call them, and ask them when you will be moving, instead of worrying about
going down in the little elevator. I mean, what happens if something goes
wrong in your apartment. I would think you should have their phone number.
Also, you can, put a fitted full bed sheet on a twin bed. You just have to
tuck it in more all around. I have king sheets that I put on a queen size
bed. Yeah, they’re big, but it’s not that bad. Anyway, that’s my input. Do
tell your home health providers about your supplements. They’ll just advise
you about any prescriptions your orthopedic doctor adds, as to any side
affects, etc. No big deal. Be truthful with all of your health providers so
they can work together.
