Interesting reading in the OCFS2 users guide "http://oss.oracle.com/projects/ocfs2/dist/documentation/ocfs2_users_guide.pdf "Oracle Support extends free support for OCFS2 users having an Oracle license, for use in storing Oracle data-fi" I thought that having an Oracle license was the key to getting support that we pay for. Now it is free support. OR does it mean that OCFS2 is a separate license and as long as I already have a licensed product that will assist us in being the guini pig for the product rather than releasing a tested product? But we conducted an off line meeting ... and unanimously decided that we should make folllwoign proclaimation By the power vested to me by myself, I hereby pronounce you the Guinea Pig designee for OCFS2 implementation testing ... there .... I feel so much better now. You were practically asking for that ... didn't you?
