It took me 3 or 4 tries just to get logged in - at first I got a "login service
unavailable" message, and then it just froze on me a few times after that, but
then eventually let me in. I haven't been able to find the HTML-only version
that they said would be available - anyone else find it yet?
Regarding blank pages, if you're using IE8, you might want to try accessing it
with IE7 or Firefox instead to see if that resolves it.
