Yep, confirm that. I had flash blocker enabled and it got stuck. I disabled FB
and it let in and I then got the "Service Offline, please call us" message. I
did it amusing that the Sales number was listed before the Support desk number!
My manager was in My Support earlier and he saw a note which said that
supposedly some user's SR and user config info will not be fully ported over
until 2pm PST, which is real bind for those of us in Europe.

Just found this tidbit in the FAQ (ML 747242.5):
