Yes, I mean wth do they mean? are we supposed to be amazed at binary code
when probably every single metalink user knows very well binary code is not
actually useful... at least write something in hex. Come on, it's not a
newbie hacking site!
BTW: we have several user accounts under the same CSI, and a week or so ago,
we lost the ability to create SRs. It took three days for Oracle to give it
back. In the meantime, we had two DR exercises that had to be postponed
because of bugs in RMAN.
MOS is becomming crap, and they should have to pay for the lack of service.
I propose that for next year continued support they shave 50% off the cost
;-)
