seems like the post-dot.com definition of the junior DBA is the 
mid-level/senior dba who is so desperate for a job they will work for no 
money.

in order for someone to be 'junior' they would have had to be entry level in 
the last 2-3 years. there have only been a handful of entry level jobs in 
the developed world during that period.
