That reminds me of another incident from my training days. We had a class
that consisted of several blind students and 3 or 4 sighted trainees. One
day, while I was struggling to figure out some word or other, I heard a roar
of laughter from the room where the sighted folks were gathered.
My instructor told me that they had just been shown the upside down camera
feature. So, I insisted that she show me. It was a little disorienting to
have the letters coming at me from the opposite direction.
Since then, I've used it occasionally on cans.
Thanks,
Nancy
