'Will' is the operative word.

Thats fantastic - however Europe is not the USA.

KVH has been testing this Directv to cars market for... almost 5 years.

BTW How expensive is it to get a DVB-T video system in your car? Stuff
like a Revo DAB receiver is still around 199 UK pounds.
