Your talking out of your ass again as usual John.

I am still running Mac apps written in the mid '80s on current
hardware. I have never experienced a backward incompatible upgrade
from Apple., and I have been through every transition. Yes, new
versions of apps may only work with new hardware, as is the case with
any computer. Big deal.

This is going to be the easiest transition, as everything is already
working via emulators.

And I hate to throw cold water on your plans John, but you can forget
about Active-X controls on Macs running on Intel hardware. These
machines will still be Macs, just running on Intel processors. OS-X
will not run on generic PCs, and Apple is not going to bring a bunch
of Microsoft dirty laundry to the party. What we will have is a world
class OS running on Intel hardware.

That hardware may ALSO run windows, but why would anyone want to?

Regards
Craig
