Hi All. I print a series of letters with Word Merge to Access queries. Basically, all the queries are the same with just a letter code being different. The various letters are the same except for a paragraph here or there. Based on the letter code, the merged letter may include a paragraph not included in another letter. Is there a way I can have just one query and one letter with some dynamic means of having the paragraphs change according to the letter code? Any advice appreciated. Thanks. /g ************************************************************* You are receiving this mail because you subscribed to mso@xxxxxxxxxxxxx or MicrosoftOffice@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx To send mail to the group, simply address it to mso@xxxxxxxxxxxxx To Unsubscribe from this group, send an email to mso-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx with the word "unsubscribe" (without the quotes) in the subject line.
