You need to make sure the WRAPPING is properly set or that can cause things
to jump around.

However, check out this TechTrax article, as it should help clarify things
for you...

Subject: [mso] Word

I use textboxes in word for pictures in documents. If these are placed
near
the top of a page I find that when the picture is inserted, if I then
change
the attributes of the picture, usually its size, the text box moves so its
top edge is more or less at the top of the page (and I do not mean at the
top
margin). Attempts to reposition anywhere in the top half of the page seem
to
fail. Is there a way of fixing the box so it is anchored properly. This
is
so even where the anchor mark starts off on a lower paragraph.

Regards

Michael
