Hello Al., Your message strikes a chord with me. I too am a carer for my loved one, the main difference being that there is no remission from Alzheimers. However we have to play the hand we have been dealt and, whilst I can't spend as much time in the workshop as I used to, I find it is more important than ever to spend some time in there, every day if possible, as it enables me to get some relief from the relentless battle with the numerous difficulties thrown up by the dreaded disease. To do this I have to rely on outside help from friends, relatives and neighbours, something I was reluctant to do for some time as I felt it was my responsibility, my duty. However I've been surprised how helpful people have been and how much better I have felt since I spread the load a little. So all the the best to you and the rest of the gang for 2012.
