You can get replacement screws from Bernerds, can't remember how
much they cost me when I did this some time ago. Since then I have
discovered "Rotogrip" - a company that specialises in chucks and spares
for chucks. I have found them very helpful.

Not connected to them but a very satisfied customer.
They are indeed helpful indeed and if you look them up a the end of the day
willing to have a chat and free advice. Aside from the eye catchers and
cheapies they sell the real decent industrial stuff.
Their stand is certainly worth a visit, sadly enough not present at every ME
exhibition but usually at the Engineering In Miniature related ones.
