If you look at the back of the chuck you will see four round recesses - these are the backs of the forks. The forks are quite a tight fit in the chuck body and there isn't much room to get a punch past the screws, but it can be done. You can get replacement screws from Bernerds, can't remember how much they cost me when I did this some time ago.
