And this is really the divergence of viewpoints.  As a libertarian  
conservative I support the removal of onerous regulation and  
bureaucracy that is causing overseas ventures to look more enticing  
than keeping businesses in the U.S.  While your solution is to string  
more red tape around the system, choking it further, so you can  
manage the outcome and not get into nasty ideas like human freedom.

large exporting low-wage jobs while importing higher-tech, higher

Praising the slave labor economy of Communist China as well as  
advocating the abuse of private property - I really must brush up on  
my red-baiting skills.
