One of the British detainees "confessed", under "questioning", to attending an al-Qaeda training camp in Asia. But as MI5, luckily for him, knew, he was in the UK, working at a retail electrical store. He was also lucky in that he was a British citizen and so was, eventually, after the UK Govt made enough of a fuss, shipped back here with the other 2. They were held for a token 24 hours then released without any charge of any kind.
