Yeah, I can understand that point of view without being against either
side.  Some of our list participants until this year were hostile to the
company.  Others can be a nuisance without intending.  Mostly we're just
trying to help people use Juno and other Internet services, but being
independent will sometimes mean being in conflict.

Busy fellow.  Thank you for this information.  Not all of it belongs in
the FAQ, but you rightly point out that the FAQ should say more about the
founder of Juno than call him "some guy."  Do you know whether Dr Shaw
and his company severed their connection with Juno after the NetZero/UOL
merger?
