OK, I don't know much, but time to chime in. Yes this stuff is available
and free.

If you look at your Dial Up Networking entries [My computer>Dial Up
Networking> Juno Web or Juno Web backup, and right click one choosing
Properties, then Server Types tab and then choose TCP/IP Settings] you
will find two for Juno Web, main and backup. In TCP settings under Name
Server Addresses block, you can choose to allow either the server to
choose the two DNS, or to specify the settings yourself. I think one
could simply enter two valid DNS entries in this block, and you would be
using these for your browsing lookup.

You need DNS numbers in digital form. You can use any DNS in use by any
other provider. To find these, try [for only one example]
www.betterwhois.com and enter the domain. Try using msn.com and then
scroll all the way to the bottom.
You will get these results:
Domain servers in listed order:

   DNS4.CP.MSFT.NET 207.46.138.11
   DNS5.CP.MSFT.NET 207.46.138.12
   DNS6.CP.MSFT.NET 207.46.138.20
   DNS7.CP.MSFT.NET 207.46.138.21

You can use those number DNS addresses in your dialup. You can also try
ones
from microsoft.com, aol.com, earthlink.com, or any other popular domain
that
will always be reliable.

This information provided for educational use only, extracted from
archive postings on thepccat's computer.

If this does not work, I think one could look up addresses manually by
going to some translating site. One place I found from Google searching
is
Internet Address Converter
http://www.world-net.net/cgi/rdowdy/netutil
which worked on my test entry of redhotjazz.com to give
65.45.103.7 which went to redhotjazz.com when entered in address bar of
browser.

Best wishes, let us know how this comes out for you.
