[JA] Unaccessible Sites

There are some sites that are not accesible through
email such as http://galaxy.einet.net/galaxy I sent requests
for this site and others thourgh many email servers and
I received reply stating:
Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /galaxy/ on this server.
Even when I send requests to gophermail@xxxxxxxx and
gopher@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx for gopher sites. listings of the directories
are not sent back through email as they used be years ago.
It appears that the Internet will no longer be accepting requests
through these email services and they will become obsolete.
