That's the catch. Improvement is so rapid that you could be easily fooled
into getting back to normal behaviour too soon. The next week or so are
going to have to be an exercise in enforced (and probably immensely
frustrating) idleness.

I recall my cardiac nurses saying that exercise is good, but overdoing it is
not. By all means stretch your legs, but take it easy at first, then step it
up if you get through the gentle stage ok. That's what I did, and I now play
an elderly gentleman's form of Badminton.
