[jhb] Update

I am surprisingly a lot better today - I am quite amazed how soon the agony
has died down.
I've been fit enough to do a little work here - the JHB Hours page is up to
date and I belatedly congratulate Frank F for passing the 1000hr mark with
JHB.
SWMBO has said that I can have a treat from the chip shop but only when I am
fit enough to walk over there. I'm still trying to work out if that is pure
cruelty or just an inducement to get better more quickly.
