I don't understand why you're repeating this. Let me be extremely clear: I
changed the keystroke. I unchecked the checkbox. Then I tabbed and ended the
operation, responding Yes when asked if I really wanted to do what I was
doing. But then, tabbing again to comply with your instruction, I found
myself in a thicket of completely unfamiliar stuff no matter how many times
I hit the tab key. So I just alt F4 to exit the manager, and it all worked
just fine. It was the last few steps that weren't what you describe, and I'm
sorry if that wasn't clear the first time I explained. I hope it's clear

1. Open your e-mail program, Outlook or Outlook Express.
2. Press INSERT+8 to open the Keyboard Manager.
3. If necessary, press TAB once to move focus into the list if

4. In the list of scripts, locate the ReplyDirectlyToSender script.
5. Press CTRL+A to assign a keystroke to this script.
6. Press TAB once and uncheck the check box that asks if you want to

Darn! I had my Jaws 7 set so that Reply Directly to Sender used Control
Shift R, which was a heck of a lot less of a trick to manage than this.
Darn. I wish I could reconfigure this handy keystroke. Can I? Can anyone
instruct me how to do it? I hate this acrobatic thing of trying to press
Insert with my pinkie while hitting the shift key with my index. I know,
some of you are absolute masters of stuff like this, or whatever, but I
hate
these digital acrobatics. I mean "digit" in the sense of "fingers,"

not bits and bytes and ones and zeroes. Although a case could surely be
