This capability started with Jaws 7 and that was when those instructions 
appeared. Each user who wanted the reply directly to sender keystroke 
had to customize as per those instructions. That may be what you did. 
With Jaws 8, the keystroke, Jaws key, shift R, was built in.

I just did it right and jaws says, "Respond directly to sender, shift 
plus
jaws key plus R"  Control, shift, r worked before, I don't understand.
