I'm guessing the reason he's having trouble entering his authorization is that he's copying and pasting, and inadvertently selecting a space at the end of the authorization string. That's an easy enough mistake to make.

John,

Are you using a site license with a server that issues tokens to other JAWS clients on the network? I used this type of system where I used to work, but fortunately never had your problem. I think you are right about having only the one authorization if you are working in a site license environment.

I'm telling you, I've never been authorized for more than one install. I
have a 20 digit key and if I go through the on-line authorization process,
it gives me an error *every* time unless I call ahead and then it lets me
install exactly once. Right off hand I don't remember how to check but you
can check on-line how many times you can use that20 digit key and I can
use it only once. I have to have the key reauthorized every single time I
add RAM, swap out a video card, or swap out a CD-ROM.

I'll bet you guys are the only blind folks at your place of employment and
get all the installs to yourselves. I don't.
