yes, they're different. Someone else can explain how. But the subscription 
fee for Tandem, and remember this is *not* for most of us users who may want 
to use the controller capabilities every now and then to help a friend, and 
it's free for us if we're on the customer side of a tech support call, is 
$39 a quarter or $139 a year. Really, listening to the podcast or checking 
for info at FS might be helpful.

I think the Remote Desktop stuff is like $200 dollars or something, whereas
the Tandem is actually something different.
