Bruce,

I am getting a bit tired of buying features that either don't work or that
are antithetical to my screen reader needs.
I know for the groupies the standard response would be   "if you don't like
it use another screen reader." For better or worse JAWS is the best of the
worst on the market.
I also know that it is easier to sell features than bug fixes.
I for one would like to see more of a back to basics approach to computer
access.

In answer to your first question, yes, sometimes you do want some FS guy 
muckng around in your computer, and if you don't, you don't have to agree 
to it. In answer to your second question, of course it's an infomercial, 
nobody's ever said otherwise.
