Hi Mark,

Did I say anything to disparage this new feature? I don't think so. I said I
don't use ITunes, and I think I said that I could see how this would be
great for those who do. Okay? I'm really glad about it. Honest. Just not an
ITunes kinda guy, myself. That wasn't a dismissal. No way. Thanks.

Well, yeah, but see, most of the rest of the universe is using iTunes as
their media player of choice, and so any time we blind users have access to
the same mainstream software is a major step forward, in my book. So that's
why everyone's making a big deal of the iTunes thing. The new Tandem
feature is going to be great for all users b/c I remember having an issue a
couple years ago with a website and the JAWS cursor with onmouseover links.
The tech support person had no problem and I was the one with the problem
that couldn't be duplicated. Now, if the Tandem feature had been there
then, things would have been sorted out. so this is definitely a major step
forward along those lines as well.
