Thanks for the help with this issue. Do you know how to make the folders that do not show visible? Kristeen Hughes khug.1@xxxxxxxxxxxxx----- Original Message ----- From: "ChB" <chr1s64@xxxxxx>

Actually you can. But it requires that the hidden folders, that the ipod usually does not display when hooked up to the computer, be made visible. Then it should be possible to use the ipod like you would an external harddrive and move files back and forth. There is also software to let you back up your ipod contents. For regular updating of your music though I think it will work better, as innot as many steps involved, to just go ahead and use itunes where you can have your settings and playlists all updated easily. I wish that weren't the case, but unless someone knows differently. . . -- JFW related links: JFW homepage: http://www.freedomscientific.com/Scripting mailing list: http://lists.the-jdh.com/listinfo.cgi/scriptography-the-jdh.comJFW List instructions: To post a message to the list, send it to jfw@xxxxxxxxxxxxxTo unsubscribe from this mailing list, send a message to jfw-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx with the word unsubscribe in the subject line.Archives located at: //www.freelists.org/archives/jfwAlternative archives located at: http://n2.nabble.com/JAWS-for-Windows-f2145279.htmlIf you have any concerns about the list, post received from the list, or the way the list is being run, do not post them to the list.
