Itunes?

Howdy,

 

I've never used Itunes before, but I understand that JAWS 10 supports it
now, right?  Do I need to do anything special, learn any commands, or
anything like that?  DO I have to load scripts?

All in all, how easy will it be for me to use?  I'm looking for some things
and know they're on Itunes.
