James, I had the suspicion it may be JAWS because none of my colleagues has
ever had this problem and we are all using similar PCs with the same OS - EX
Pro. If it is not JAWS, I wonder what can make a brand new PC with newly
reinstalled Office crash while I work on very small word files with plain
text......
