Re: Can JAWS damage Word files?

If you delete normal.dot, Word creates a new one. It contains information
about settings and other things Word uses to enable it to work. Simply go
to Start Menu and Search (Find on Windows 98). Look for normal.dot and
delete it. Start Word, and it's back. My normal.dot is 43K, and I'm using
Word 2000 on a Windows 98 machine.
