Strange... I use HideSCSI 1.02 which is installed as Configure plugin.
When DClick !Boot and then select Hide SCSI I get a window with a list
of the SCSI devices and for each one can select to hide it. For my card
reader with four devices (CF, MS, MMC/SD and SM) I checked the last
three so that I only see the CF slot on the icon bar.
