Incidentally, the first few WalterCon's were self supporting (or very close to
it). The org spent very little on them, except for things like the projector
(which, of course, Haiku, Inc. still has).

Why WalterCon2008 ? i think for a *Con its to early, its good when people
found time to go on it, but without haiku.inc money. Its better to pay a
Developer for a fulltime job.
