In both cases I would assume they are published as additional > video tracks that just need to be marked as subtitles somehow. That is the main issue then, on a DVD you have multiple video tracks and multiple audio tracks and need to select the appropriate track to play. I think subtitle tracks are marked differently (as subpicture?), if not there will need to be a way to distinguish a subtitle video stream from a normal video stream. -- Cheers David
