This.
It bears repeating:
* There's no question to remove the move-by-border feature.
* There's no question to have CTRL+ALT replacing this feature.
The only possible change is reversing left and right mouse button.
I don't care one way or the other, though as Matt points out, LMB-moving
is more consistent with regard to the tab, as LMB on it also moves the
window.
So, we could leave LMB-moving/RMB-resizing and maybe put a setting for
it in the Look&Feel prefs.
