I'd be happy to drive to South County. I've done some but not all of the Western end of Grants Trail so 2_cats should be there (unless the younger cat has something unavoidable) Laura Million 2_cats _____ From: geocaching-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:geocaching-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of Andrew Senger Sent: Friday, July 13, 2007 10:26 AM To: geocaching@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: [GeoStL] Re: Evening dinner and caching Dan, Being a North County resident myself, I have no problems with driving 20 minutes to meet up for a good evening of caching. My wife may disagree, however! :P I have done a few of Emmenegger's, but have several in there that I haven't gotten. Grant's Trail is wide open for me, so anything there is doable. I also have no problems with watching people get caches that I've already gotten. I know this isn't an official meeting, but I second this motion. Tuesday, September 17 -- Eat, then cache either Emmenegger or Grant's Trail. Details can be made later, such as meeting time and place for food and/or caching. My new job has me working nights Weds - Sat but I have Sunday - Tuesday off and it would be cool to come up to St Louis on say a Sunday evening for a dinner and caching or even on a Monday or Tuesday evening. I will even be in town on Monday (9/16/07) to take my FIL to see Peter Pan at the Muny but I could stay over Tuesday for an evening meal and some caching. My FIL lives in South County near Grant's Farm so it would be best for me to cache and eat in that area (Sorry all of you North County/St Charles/St Peters/etc people) Would anyone be interested in a get together Tuesday 9/17? Since I live out of town the place to eat would be up to you guys....as to caches I have a number to do in Emmenegger, the lower half of Grant's Trail from I55 South and Jefferson Barracks but am open to any suggestions and would possibly go along to caches I have already found just to be in the company of friendly caching people again :D Let me know Dan (Thunder) who is missing his caching friends and caching!!!! _____ Be a better Globetrotter.
