To All,
I have been following the chatter, as we have experienced the same slow FV
performance.
We have over 26 Mesh Servers, various HW, SW, 2003, and 2008 versions.

We currently have the same versions as shown below, on Mesh Servers that
have the worst FV performance.

10.4.3, QF 1288645
9.1.576

Before going to the version shown above, we did not have slow issues.

We have also noticed our CPU % usage goes to 100 % and stays there for
about 15 seconds before falling.
During this time the HMI is not responsive.

Not saying this version has anything to do with CPU usage, just stating
what we are seeing.

After a server reboot, the FV performance is normal, the CPU % usage is
normal.
Over time, the CPU % usage increases and FV performance creeps back to
slow.

The HW platform for the version above is HP, rack mount servers.

I am currently reviewing all the nice comments about what to check for.
I will check with our Field Service to see about multicore and OMMO
implementation.
