Are they sending to an internal account or to an external account?
If external does it work if they send to an internal account?
What client are they using?, if Outlook 2000/XP/2003 etc is it configured to
use Corporate or Internet?
If POP3 client, is it configured to authenticate with the Outgoing Mail
Server?

I'm getting the following error from a user inside of our e-mail system.
This is the first time I've had a problem like this at this company with
this setup and I'm a little baffled at why I'm getting the error.
Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.

I tracked the email and it started outbound transfer of the message but then
a NDR was generated. I'm running Exchange 2003. I've double checked the
relay settings on the SMTP virtual server and "Only the list below" is
checked as is "Allow all computers which successfully authenticate to relay,
regardless of the list above." Any help is appreciated!
