Outlook Error

Hi,
I have a problem which has started only since the past 3 days, i am
using server 2003 ent with exchange 2003 can get my mails thru OWA but if
i use Office outlook 2003 then it says trying to connect to the server
but still does not connect now this is not happening on all the users
but only some of them,
please help
