[ExchangeList] Outlook Error


Dear All,

   we have exchange in MS cluster environment. on one node everything is working fine but when i switch exchange to other node,
   some users are facing the error "YOU DON'T HAVE PERMISSION TO PERFORM THE OPERATION ON THIS OBJECT" when they click on send button,this problem is  occurring for users who are sharing the common mailbox . I have attached the screen shot of the same for your reference.

Kindly provide me solution as soon as possible
