Outlook Error

Hi ,
I am usging Exchange 5.5 sp4 on Winnt 4.0 sp6a. The client is Outlook 2000.
I have set the option of "Autosave unsent messege every 3 minutes". The
problem is that when outlook tries to autosave the messege, it cannot and
gives the error that the "Outlook was unable to save the messege, it may be
in use".
No information on Microsoft Sites.
Any help......
