They need to purchase a CAL for thier mailbox, doesn't matter how they
access it, Outlook, OWA, POP3, etc.. 1 mailbox = 1 CAL.

I was just informed by someone on another forum that Microsoft requires
you to purchase additional CALs per OWA user is this true? I would have
thought OWA was apart of Exchange thus there would be no need to
additional CALs for the component itself.
