and 4 days is a long time for the name resolution to have been updated
to almost all servers... so in this case it would be better to check for
cached information.. like web cache.. proxy cache...

It's been about 4 days.  I can ping both names from the same machine.
If it is a DNS issue that would be under the control of our ISP
correct???

How long has it been since you did the change over with the new dns name
changes.... check.. can you ping to the name...??? form the same machine
that you are trying to open the exchange foldes through the web
access...... try editing the host file and then check if the issue
resolves... it might most probably be a dns issue.

Hello Everyone,
        I need to know why this is happening.  We were setup for testing
to use the public address of test.domain.com.  We have now switched over
to domain.com and all e-mail is well.  Our ISP takes care of the DNS (mx
record and such).  For some reason to get to OWA we can't type in
domain.com/exchange, it is still working with test.domain.com/exchange.
I don't know if this is a setting in our IIS or if it would be something
that our ISP would need to do.  If anyone has any ideas please let me
know.  Thank you ahead of time for the help.
