I try to be nice. I recognize it's just a job and they are reading from a script they must follow. It isn't personal. Then I hand the phone to Dan <G>. Or tell them to write me a letter and hang up. They do not want to put anything in writing.
By law, if you tell them not to call you again, they have to do that. (Fair Credit Reporting Act of 1972???)

How in the world can this be possible when if reversed all craziness breaks out.
