No such thing as a perfect home. All we cared about on this place was that it
was big enough for our 'stuff'. We bought it for the 5 timbered acres that
were hard to find. You make a home out of what you start with. Gonna change
everything anyway, right?
You can change a house, you cannot change the land or location.
We have other friends in the same situation, they are actually renting their
old house until they find what they want. Even in a buyers market you want to
find that perfect home...
