The update is not free to anyone with a license. It is free to anyone who
has purchased DBT within the last thirteen months. This is all explained
clearly on Duxbury's Web site.

Perhaps that should be rewritten to avoid confusion. As written, one
is led to believe this update is free to a licensed user...period.
