Dear Sandra and list:
 
When you checked for updates from the Help menu of DBT 10.6 SP 4,
did it say 10.7 was free with your particular license?
 
If it didn't, or said it was available as a demo, then guess your
SMA (Software Maintenance Agreement) has been used or it has been
more than a year since you paid for your upgrade to 10.6.
 
If the web site said 10.7 was free with your license, then don't
do anything drastic until you speak with Duxbury either Sales
Admin or Tech Support Monday morning.
 
Wish I could give you a clearer picture as to what is going on,
but I don't have access to the screen you saw with the results of
the check for upgrades from the Help Menu.
