Hmmm. Maybe it is our setup that is different, because I could do that now
without affecting recording. I run from my aux out 1 and 2 of my 01v to
delta 66 inputs 1 and 2 and I never put my playback track into the bus, so
when I do vocals, I can turn the playback track down and it never affects
anything. And jaws never goes through my mixer anyway. But, hey, to each
their own.

So that I can give clients who come into the studio a separate mix. That
way, I can tailor the mix to the client. So for example, if the client
wants more of there vocal or, less of the backing track then, I can do that.
This also provides clients with a Jaws free mix in there headphones which, I
am sure they appreciate.
